We're a boutique planning consultancy that prides itself on taking care of your project.
History
The company was founded by Hamish Henderson, an experienced Urban Planner who holds a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Auckland and is an intermediate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI).
With a background working with Council before moving into the world of Consultancy, Hamish has vast experience on both sides of the table and is able to use this knowledge to your advantage.
Future
We're working on a variety of projects, land development (land use and subdivision) and various other resource consents. We also consult on site suitability assessments; initial planning advice and assessment to landowners and prospective purchasers.
